American singer-songwriter Bruno Mars has a latest song from his debut studio album, Doo-Wops & Hooligans. The song was released as the thirdsingle from the album on February 15, 2011.The award wining singer wrote the song with K'naan and his production team The Smeezingtons, who also produced the track. Musically, "The Lazy Song" displays influences of roots reggae and jawaiian music.The music video was directed by Nez. The videofeatures Poreotix disguised as monkeys. The whole video is one continuous and uninterrupted shot of Mars singing in a bedroom and the monkeysdancing, goofing off and mimicking to the song's lyrics. The video was done in one take.
